Shipping Information
Call Us: Feel free to give us a call with questions. Please leave a voice message if the line is busy or if after hours. We make our best effort to return customer inquiry calls the same day or within 24 hours.
Shipping Time: Orders usually ship from the Rocket Tour Studio warehouse in Boulder, Colorado within 3 days of receiving the order, but often ship sooner or same day.
Changing Orders: If you need to modify your order shortly after placing order please email us at Orders@RocketTour.com with your order change. We cannot guarantee that the change can be made prior to shipping if already processed. Domestic orders please allow approximately up to 7 days to receive your order.
International Orders: If regular FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING service is selected, orders are usually received within 7-14 days of ordering depending on location. Canada and other countries can take often longer (21 + days) depending on the destination country’s Customs Department.

EXCHANGES: Within 30 days of original purchase:
Rocket Tour gladly accepts EXCHANGES of unused, unwashed merchandise. The covers you are exchanging should be accompanied by the original receipt or order information - see below.
Include Your Receipt in the Box + EXCHANGE FORM with all areas filled out
If you do not have the EXCHANGE FORM, please include the following information with your exchange:
- Your name & shipping address
- The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
- EXCHANGE FEE: CHECK or CREDIT CARD: $6
- IF USING CREDIT CARD please include credit card number, expiration date and billing address for the credit card as we do not keep credit card information on file.

Knit Headcover Care
Sometimes POM POMS or TASSELS need a trim - knit material used in a sporty environment sometimes causes wayward threads that need a quick snip (only on pom or tassel not on body of cover). This is normal and will help keep your POM POM or TASSEL looking nice longer. Shake and snip any long stray threads.
Dry Cleaning is ok if you want to clean your knit covers. Please give instructions to the Dry Cleaner to NOT treat the POM POM or TASSEL.
Gentle Hand Washing (no bleach) is ok, again avoiding the POM POM or TASSEL. Lay flat to dry.
Please Note: Like any knit item Rocket Tour Rocket Knit Covers are more fragile than vinyl / synthetic material headcovers and can snag! Common culprits: watch clasps, golf shoe cleats in the trunk, dogs & cats.
